United CoolAir has been the leader in the design and fabrication of highly flexible light commercial indoor comfort systems since 1988. These units include a variety of styles, configurations and capabilities which are built to order.

The United CoolAir units have been designed for an all indoor application. The units are particularly well suited for renovation projects, add on cooling, tenant fit out and replacement situations.

Product families are available for ducted above the ceiling applications, floor mounted units (ducted or “free blow”), ductless (ceiling grid or high wall evaporators), variable air volume, dedicated outside air units and portable / temporary cooling and heating units. Capacities range from 1 to 70 tons and up to 150 kW for heat only units.

Commercial units are applied systems that have been selected and specified by engineers, architects, design / build contractors to solve specific application requirements. These units are used in offices, conference rooms, retail spaces, restaurants, hotels, bars, fitness centers, laboratories, lobbies, communication facilities, etc. The portable / temporary units have been used for hospitality tents, manufacturing temporary process cooling, spot cooling for computer rooms, dehumidification for ships in dry dock, shelters for first responders, low (-50 Deg. F) and high (130 Deg. F) ambient applications, ground support for regional jets, plus many other uses.
