United CoolAir History
As a manufacturing entity, this company began as WEDJ / Three C’s, a manufacturer of a variety of units for military applications. This included stationary, naval and portable units.
In 1988 the new CoolAir group started to produce its’ first commercial units. The horizontal line grew and new products were added, such as vertical style units and ceiling grid units.
In 1991 the sister company WEDJ / Three C’s had its’ production capabilities combined with CoolAir, becoming United CoolAir Corporation. The synergy of combining the engineering and manufacturing of the two companies is still evident today in the robust design and quality of the units.
The company has been at its’ present location since inception. The market acceptance of the commercial products has resulted in three plant expansions. Manufacturing capabilities and improvements have also been added. The main facility comprises 80,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space with an off-site warehouse of approximately 20,000 square feet.
United CoolAir continues to grow with highly skilled people with many years of combined experience in the HVAC industry. This company is proud to be a “Made in the U.S.A.” manufacturer of commercial, industrial and portable systems.
